Brewer Science has agreed to acquire the semiconductor chemicals business line of Heraeus Epurio, strengthening its position in ultrapure materials for advanced chip manufacturing.

The transaction includes Heraeus Epurio’s semiconductor chemicals production site in Dayton, Ohio, along with associated sales and support personnel in Asia. The deal expands Brewer Science’s advanced materials portfolio, adding highly specialized, ultrapure chemical solutions critical to advanced lithography and microdevice fabrication.
Brewer Science, a specialty materials and equipment provider since 1981, brings deep expertise in lithography materials, advanced packaging, and materials innovation. Heraeus Epurio is recognized for developing and manufacturing photoacid generators, photo-initiators, monomers, crosslinkers, and related ultrapure specialty chemicals with exceptionally low trace-metal content, designed to meet stringent purity and performance requirements.
