SiMa has raised $150M in Series C funding at a $1.45B valuation, taking total capital raised to $500M.

Fidelity Management and Research and Amplify co-led the oversubscribed round, joined by Alter Venture Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, Point72 and StepStone. AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, J.P. Morgan and the state of Michigan came in as new backers.

The San Jose company builds embedded AI silicon and software for robots, drones, autonomous vehicles and AI cockpits. Its current Modalix system on chip is sold alongside Palette Neat, an agentic development environment pitched as the first built for physical AI.

Founder and chief executive Krishna Rangasayee said humanoids, automotive and drones open a $50T market that cloud hardware was never designed to serve.

The money funds a next-generation part targeting 1,000 dense TOPS, with a promise that existing customers can migrate their applications. It also widens a software layer meant to keep device makers away from Nvidia’s data centre stack.

SiMa says revenue quadrupled between 2024 and 2025 and is tracking higher again this year.
